SAMANTHA LOWRY IS IN BREACH ON AN INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT UNDER HAGUE PROCEEDINGS AND KIDNAPPED THE CHILD BY FORGING THE US CONSUL SIGNATURES, WHO PERSONALLY TOOK THE DUTY TO ENFORCE THE AGREEMENT AND THE CHILD NEEDED TO REMAIN IN MEXICO AND SAMANTHA LOWRY DELIVER ALL THE STOLEN PROPERTY.

NOW, SHE IS AIDED BY THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE OF ENGLAND TO KIDNAP THE CHILD, CONCEAL HIS WHEREABOUTS, AND GET AWAY WITH THEFT: THE LARGEST ART THEFT IN HISTORY.
